The doors open October 26.

Get on the list and the invite comes to you first.

On Monday, October 26 at 1:00 PM ET we're running a live walkthrough called Your Last Tax Season as the Bottleneck. The doors open that same day. Waitlist members get the invite before we announce it anywhere else.

Most people find us looking for help with TaxDome. That isn't the work.

TaxDome is capable. It is not the reason your practice is hard to run.

The reason is that the operating decisions underneath it were never made. Who chases a missing document, and on what day, and how many times before it becomes your problem. What happens when a client goes quiet in March. Where every return sits at four o'clock on April 9th, and who is supposed to know that without asking you.

Software cannot answer any of that. It's a big empty box until somebody decides how the practice actually runs.

That's what we do. We fix the operation first, and then we build it, one pipeline at a time, live and carrying real weight before you touch the next one. That's the Pipeline Stacking Method, and it's the reason members get something working in weeks instead of abandoning a half-built pipeline in February.

The end of it is a practice you don't have to carry.

Hi, we're Jamie and Jessica.

We built Workflows for Tax Pros from two different chairs, and that's the whole point.

Jessica is an Enrolled Agent who runs a real practice right now, around 300 clients on a 30-hour week with a lean part-time team, year-round, straight through tax season. She designed the systems she teaches around the life she wanted, then proved they hold.

Jamie spent a decade implementing high-stakes software inside healthcare IT, with an accounting background and an MBA on top. She sees the patterns across every practice we work with and turns what's working into a system anyone can run.

One of us runs the practice. One of us builds the operations. Most coaching in this space is one chair. We're two.

Since 2021 we've guided 1,200+ practices to do the same thing: stop carrying every client, every follow-up, every status update in their head, and build a practice that runs on systems instead of on them.

We don't hand you a folder of videos and wish you luck. We coach you while you build the real thing, inside your real practice.

What it looks like on the other side.

Rebecca Cerrato, Cerrato CPA LLC. Solo, no team, no time. She had her first pipeline live in two weeks, onboarded her whole client base in the same two weeks, and then doubled the size of her practice without hiring anyone.

Samantha Willingham, Willingham and Associates. Client calls dropped 40 to 50 percent. Tax season staffing went from 2.5 people to 1.5. Last summer she took six weeks off, the first real break in 18 years, and ran the practice from her phone.

Trudy Langton, Savvy Tax Chick. Around 98 percent of her clients moved onto the portal, including the ones she was sure never would. She says it saved her years of figuring it out alone.

Since 2021 we've guided more than 1,200 practices through this.
